A Queenstown Elopement to Remember


Cearah and Brady’s wedding elopement in Queenstown on the 16th of March 2024 was a dream come true. Beautifully captured by their Queenstown wedding photographer – Josh from Nomad Weddings. Their day started with Ikuko Miyata working her magic on hair and makeup, while Steph’s floral arrangements added a touch of elegance. The ceremony, officiated by Stevie of MarriedbyFriends, was held at the breathtaking Lake Erskine, followed by stunning photo sessions at Earnslaw Burn, Tyndall Glacier, and Coromandel Peak. HeliWorks provided a scenic helicopter tour, adding a thrilling backdrop to their vows. This perfect day was a testament to their love, immortalized by drone footage from Yuri and videography by Ayaka. The couple’s first look at Hawkridge set the tone for a day filled with love and adventure, making their Queenstown wedding a truly magical experience.

Cearah and Brady’s love story began through a mutual friend, Maggie, during a football party. Despite Brady’s immediate interest, Cearah wasn’t initially interested. However, at another party sparks flew, and their journey together began. After five and a half years together, Brady surprised Cearah with a proposal during a family vacation. While riding the Summit Express Gondola in Lutsen, Minnesota, Brady proposed, creating an unforgettable moment with their daughter, Charlotte. They bonded over the shared experience and realized how well their personalities meshed. Both outgoing and spontaneous, they laughed about their extravagant dinner and agreed it would be a rare occurrence.
