Breathtaking Queenstown Wedding: The Perfect Day

Deb and Nate, a couple deeply in love, celebrated their wedding in the breathtaking landscapes of Queenstown on April 10, 2024. The combination of love, breathtaking scenery, Queenstown wedding photographer ensures to capture every beautiful moments to make their Queenstown wedding truly unforgettable. Moreover, their journey began at Kawarau Village, with preparations starting early in the morning, Charm Beauty’s expert touch on hair and makeup set the tone for the day. Their first look was a magical moment, captured perfectly by James, their Queenstown wedding photographer. Ayaka, their videographer, ensured every detail was recorded. The couple, along with celebrant Andy Bell and their photographers, took a helicopter ride with Over The Top to Coromandel Peak, followed by a stunning session at Isobel Glacier. Steph of Orange Blossom Designs’ beautiful floral arrangements added elegance to the picturesque settings. The seamless coordination and spectacular locations made Deb and Nate’s wedding day unforgettable, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

A Serendipitous Meeting: How It Started

The couple’s love story began in December 2021, thanks to a dating app. Deb’s premium subscription to Coffee Meets Bagel led her to Nate in the “discoverable bagels” section. After exchanging messages, they had a nearly two-hour introductory phone call. Nate then asked Deb to dinner. Though it was her 17th first date of the year and close to the holidays, Deb decided to take a chance. Nate brought her flowers and took her to Water Grill in Costa Mesa, CA. The date was a success, leading to many more. Fast forward five and a half years, and people often asked when they would marry. Prioritizing family first, the couple hadn’t discussed marriage much. However, Nate surprised Deb during a family vacation in Lutsen, Minnesota. While riding the Summit Express Gondola, Nate commented on Deb’s beauty. Soon after that, he then proposed with a ring. Her tears of joy confused their daughter, who was excited once she understood. Nate had been waiting for the perfect, private moment to propose.
