A Queenstown Elopement to Remember

Melissa and Keanee’s Queenstown elopement was seriously something special. These two are the kind of couple who just click. You could see it in how they looked at each other, totally in sync. They kicked things off a few days before the big moment, arriving in Queenstown on June 1st, and honestly, they couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot. First looks are always exciting, but there was something extra about theirs, maybe it was the way the mountains framed the whole scene. We headed out for their ceremony, and let me tell you, the Remarkables were living up to their name. The chopper ride at noon just added that next-level touch.

Of course, any elopement needs a great team behind it, and Melissa and Keanee had some of the best. As their photographer, I did my best to nailed every shot, capturing those raw moments that only a place like Queenstown can offer. Steph, the florist, worked magic with the flowers – simple, yet beautiful, just like their day. Sophia, the celebrant, stepped in to officiate last minute, and she delivered like a pro. They kept things personal, and that’s what made it stand out. Everyone worked seamlessly together, from the helicopter pilots, making sure we were exactly where we needed to be, to the vendors who made sure every detail was on point. It was like a well-oiled machine, but with heart.
