1st Destination: Wedding Ceremony on Lake Erskine (Fiordland)
Lake Erskine is a turquoise blue alpine glacial lake in Northern Fiordland, up at an altitude of nearly 1400m above sea level. A highly coveted Heli-Wedding spot during the warmer months for its pristine blue waters. Due to the high chance of having rough weather in Northern Fiordland, there’s a 50/50 chance of being able to get there.

If the weather situation in Northern Fiordland isn’t looking great on your Wedding Day, we would switch over to Lake Lochnagar in Glenorchy which has a similar lake view (turquoise lake) and a beautiful beach.

2nd Destination: Earnslaw Burn, Glenorchy
Earnslaw Burn is an absolute gem of a spot, down in the valley under the hanging glacier at Mt Earnslaw. During the warmer months, the ice from the glacier melts to create stunning waterfalls against a rocky backdrop.

3rd Destination: Tyndall Glacier
Tyndall Glacier – also known as the Tyndall Shelves is a spot that is covered in ice all year round, including summer which lets you enjoy the cool air & warm sun! Make sure to bring comfortable shoes and a jacket for this spot as it can get quite cold!

Final Destination: Coromandel Peak (Mt Roy)
Perhaps New Zealand’s most iconic view, looking down Lake Wanaka. Coromandel Peak is the private section of Mt Roy, which we will be booking out for an hour just for us! We can’t leave Coromandel Peak without getting that epic wide shot with the helicopter flying by in the background.
